Workshop Description
In this interactive one day workshop, you will become more aware of your personal communication patterns, of how you best foster the clear and open exchange of information. You will learn new strategies and get the chance to practice new skills, building on your strengths and expanding your understanding. Insight is always linked to behaviour. You will leave the workshop with greater confidence in your ability to create more cooperative and productive relationships, and to avoid costly misunderstanding and conflict.

Colin is presently the only Master Trainer in the field of Neuro Semantics in the world and has complemented this expertise with strategies from Learning Psychology and the field of Accelerated Learning.

Colin was formerly a triple NZ International sporting representative, and professional strength athlete having won multiple national titles in four different sports! Lena Gray is an Inspirational International Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach, Presenter and a Director of “Ignition” - Leaders in Transformational Training and Coaching for Individuals and Organisations. She is also Director of the Institute of Neuro Semantics for New Zealand (INSNZ), and the Regional Director of the NZ Meta Coach Foundation.
Lena is an Internationally Qualified Neuro Semantics Trainer (ISNS – South Africa), and Coach (ACMC, MCF - Sydney) and she specializes in Transformational, Leadership, and Relationship Training and Coaching. Working with Executives, Lead Managers, Business Owners, Sports Teams, Athletes, Families, Couples, and Young adults she successfully Facilitates and Coaches individuals and teams to higher performance.
